The File menu lets you:
• save your dance
• load a previously saved dance
• insert a previously saved dance into the current dance

The Options menu lets you:
• change between sliders or integer input
• toggle animation looping
• increase or decrease the animation speed
• apply a wave function to the dance

The Colors menu lets you:
• change the color of the dancer
• change the color of the background
