"Equilibrium Cross – There is one braid going vertical with every other braid equally spaced going horizontal. All the braids are equally spaced apart, giving a ‘balanced look.’ Hence the name Equilibrium Cross." High school student

Our class borrowed some mannequin heads from a hairstyling course. One of the students seems to be giving us a critique of race in mannequin design. Professor Audrey Bennett, co-PI on the NSF grant, is lecturing in the center.
